Deceitful. I purchased a diamond from here back in March, I had it set in my mothers setting, I was not happy with how it was set. It was too low. I dropped it off and left it to have a new head put on it. When I picked it up it didn't look quite right to me, it is a tiffany setting. But there wasn't much I could do. I was just looking through pictures and found a picture of the original ring and I was right the ring was switched, due to the fact that the sentimental value of this item is priceless and I am extremely upset with the fact that my Mothers ring is gone and your company is so deceitful.

A Perfect Ring. I had a perfect experience with the Jewelry Exchange of Villa Park, IL. Not only was the employee that assisted myself helpful but their website gave all of the information I could have asked for! The store is beautifully presentable and the service was, as I said, top notch. I will definitely be returning for all of my jewelry needs in the future. Thanks again Emily!

Awesome Experience!. I was extremely happy with my Jewelry Exchange experience. On the advice of some friends and my girlfriend’s mother who was in the jewelry business for years, my girlfriend and I made a trip to the jewelry exchange to look at engagement rings. Before going, we did our homework on diamond grading, and we were off. We met with Nikko who was a pleasure to deal with. He helped us find a ring that was below our budget that is absolutely stunning! We had the ring appraised today, and it appraised for $2,000 over and above what we paid for the ring, tax included! Unlike some of the big chain stores that position lights above their cases to trick customers into believing they are looking at colorless diamonds (while in all reality they are looking at a low quality stones), Nikko encouraged us to look at the color characteristics of the diamond we were purchasing under normal light conditions. This is a sign of a reputable jeweler. I would highly recommend the Jewelry Exchange based on their excellent customer service, quality, and price. I am a happy customer, and I would definitely do business with this jeweler in the future.
