Charger. I got the Charger when it came out a few years ago. I love the car so much and am extremely satisfied with Chrysler and its design team. When they came out with the new body last year I just knew I had to have it. I have been saving for a nice down payment, and it was time. Last week I went to South Chicago Dodge, the same place I got my fist one. Once again they got me a great deal and exceptional service. I feel like im part of the Dodge family.

Caliber. I just wanted a simple easy get around vehicle. Something to get me from a to b. That is just what I got. The little slightly used Caliber was what I needed. It is perfect nice trunk space and room for pasengers. I can honestly say I didn't know what I was looking for but when we test drove it we were sold. I am a fan. Wish I would have known about these great cars years ago. My warranty is great as well.

Simple. I only had to ask once with anything I needed and wanted. They are very good listeners, they are professional and caring. I am glad that my car I bought was at this particular dealer and that it worked out the way it did. I was referred by a good friend and she was right. If you want to purchase to be simple go to South Chicago Chrysler they did great.

Mrs. Wilkerson. What can I say accept Mrs. Wilkerson is great, so helpful I found a car I was interested in on the internet spoke directly with her set an appointment and came down to drive the car. It was still there and it was ready for a test-drive. We were impressed with the attention and time put into our appointment. When we are ready to buy we will be coming in to deal with her directly! Thanks for your time Mrs. Wilkerson.

Got what we wanted, new Dodge Truck. I came to specifically look at the new dodge truck my husband is wanting. So we thought we would take a walk and see what there was to offer. By the time we found the one we wanted they already had a value on our trade in that was reasonable. So we went to dinner and decided it was a great deal for us! Came back to purchase & we couldn't be happier. Our insurance went down as well. Great experience for buying a truck

lets start from the beginning, I applied for a car loan for a new car and was told I would be approved without question, so I filled out all my personal info with my credit info and submitted to south Chicago dodge and guess what I was denied right off the bat. So I called back and question the financial manager and asked why I was denied, he said he would have someone from sales call me back. Well I called her and they told me "I was approved for "$10000" loan with a $5000 down payment, which leaves the question how can most poor people afford that type of payment, upon further investigation I found out there main finance company "Credit Acceptance" only approves loans for used cars and is mainly middle man in processing loans not the actual loaner. Overall avoid South Chicago Dodge there is no such thing as 100 percent approval on car loans there just fishing for certain types of customers with credit ratings higher the 700.
