Playing in the dirt has never been so much fun. Chef Iliana Regan's menu at Elizabeth is based on foraged ingredients - as in she and her staff crawled around in the woods and picked them. You've never tasted anything even close before - pine juice, queen anne's lace gel, truly wild mushrooms and pickled rose petals are just a few of the possibilities. The restaurant, located in an anonymous storefront on Western, is tiny and communal, and after eating a few courses you won't be able to resist gossiping with your tablemates. Buy tickets in advance (it's the only way to get in) and buy them soon - once this place gets four stars from every critic in town, the waitlist will be epic.
