We have leased from Real Property Management for over 2 years and we have received nothing but excellent and professional attention. If I have a maintenance problem, a simple email to them has resulted in an immediate authorization to arrange for the repair. All upkeep of the property to excellent standards have been met in every way. I owned a home for many years and now they have made me feel like this is my home. All of the staff have made our first leasing experience very easy and enjoyable. Real does say it all with this company. This is the best property management company in Chicago that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business without a doubt.

I'm renting a downtown Chicago unit managed by RPM. I went through Shan to get the place and he was great. They have a very efficient system. Everything I need is online, even paying rent. It's so convenient to not have to write a check and rely on the Chicago mail system.

Excellent Service. I recently got a great offer to transfer to a job overseas, and needed to sell my house. We all know how that is going these days.. BUT, fortunately, my realtor referred me to Real Property Management Chicago and had a lot of great things to say about their services and system. I did some research myself and decided renting would be a better option for me right now. From there, I went with Real Property Management Chicago since they seemed like they really care, are knowledgeable, and they even had good reviews from tenants. Plus, of course, my Realtor referred me to them too so that means something. I've now been with them for six months and have recently been planning to do some more investing in Chicago rental properties because of how good they are.

Great Company!. I hired Real Property Management a few months back and I am very pleased! I had a difficult tenant in my condo when I hired them and they just took over and dealt with the entire eviction process. They even took charge of turning my unit over to get it ready for a new tenant, which they found quickly! If your looking for a professional and reliable company, then hire Real Property Management!

Getting the job done!. Real Property Management is a good management company. They handle all of my questions and concerns. The best part is they take care of the entire eviction process, should the need arise. For me it did and their in house legal team took care of the whole thing and kept me informed during the process was very well updated. thanks for saving me time, money and trouble.

Superior Service!. These guys are amazing! They manage several of my plexes for me, and I have been nothing but surprised at the amount of, and quality of, work that they do for me. They always take care of rent checks, regular inspections, and maintenance issues, and I am informed of them quickly. I recommend them to everyone!

RPM keeps exceeding my expectations!. I have been with RPM for two years now after firing my first management company. Ever since I hired them to manage my 6 unit building they have done a fantastic job! Sometimes it is not easy to be a landlord in Chicago and if you have limited time like me, it makes being a landlord even more difficult. They handle everything from rent collection to taking calls for needed repairs which makes me 100% satisfied. I would recommend RPM to anyone I know looking for a management company in Chicago. Great service, very professional and very reliable .

BEWARE. BEWARE!!!! I had a property in Chicago, single family resident with an in law apt. Initially, they were great to work with. I live out of state, they took care of getting the building cleaned up and repairs were mostly done quickly. My long standing tenant, who was already challenging, was made to wait several weeks before they got her refrigerator fixed. Needless to say, I lost that tenant between Christmas and New Years. Eventually, I needed to cancel my contract with Real Property Management. Their accounting department sent me two different bills, for 2 different amounts on the same day, summarizing the same service. As a matter of fact, I was charged $20.00 interest for one month! When looking back at the online accounting program, found another day when 2 charges for the same activity were made. Note the online program was not intuitive and made all recondiling activity impossible. I questioned the charges and was harrassed immediatly after the bill was sent for payment. I requested a full review of the accounting and a final correct amout to be billed to me. I was told by one employee that her job was in jeopardy because of my actions. Shaun was holding her livlihood ransom, and I needed to pay up or she loses her job. Furthermore, Shaun was insisting I sign an agreement allowing him to charge me 18% interest for a payment plan- I refuse to sign any agreement with any company that uses such tactics. I have set up arrangements with my bank to send the payment in full, for the date I agreed to. Again, daily harassment ensued one week before any payment was due! So, in summary, great company until you end the business relationship! BEWARE!!!!

Property Management Companies. My company invests in rental property in the Chicagoland area. I could not be more pleased with RPM Chicago, who is the property manager of many of our property investments. Real Property Management Chicago has made sure my rental properties are always occupied with tenants. I appreciate their detail to property management. If you are looking for effective property management company in Chicago, IL, look no further than this company.‎ I can assure you there isn't anyone in the industry that will do as much as Real Property can to help protect your investments! If you want the REAL DEAL - ask for Shaun, they guy comes through even when times are tough!

Property Management Pros. I had just found a rental property with three units, but needed a large amount of work. I went ahead and bought it, and while searching for rental property management companies, I found and hired Real Property Management to assist with the rehab work of the property and rental property management service they offer. Shaun and his team were unbelievable to work with! They were always there to provide me with updates on the property. The work on the property turned out great and even came in a little under budget! In addition, just last month, Shaun and his property managers rented out the final unit! I recommend Real Property Management to anyone who has rental properties to rehab or rent.
