Easy to work with and professional. With all this warm weather, I gave George a call to see if he could do my sidewalks. I talked to him at 4pm on a Wed and the concrete was poured by Friday afternoon. He came right out Thursday morning we settled on a fair price and started right away. George was very professional, always on the site to check it out and stuck around until everything was poured and looked good. His crew did a great job of filling in the dirt around the walks and lining up some bricks to give a clean look. Overall George was easy to work with, trust worthy and professional. I would not hesitate to call or recommend him.

Still the best. Construction is very expensive, you have to be very clear about what you want. I recently needed to re-pour my driveway and garage floor. I met with many contractors when I probably should have gone straight to George, especially when he had already done excellent work for a good friend of mine. My meeting times were odd, but he was always exactly prompt. He was sure about exactly what needed to be done for the job, outlined a project timeline within my schedule, arranging for keys aspects like how my family enters the site during each phase and when to repark cars. He accepted all my payment methods, took special care with stored items and the periphery of the site, was careful not to damage my underground electrical conduit, only used the best materials and coatings, using special sources to match existing masonry, made carpentry adjustments to match the extra inches of slab not required by code, and made beautifully creased planes, sloped perfectly for the new drainage system. George even installed new hardware for my alley fence and visited personally after the job was done tuck-point a separate area. I needed my driveway done. I went to George because I wanted the best.

Perfect every time!. I am a Property Manager in Oak Park and can honestly say that George's Concrete is a top notch company. They have poured small steps to huge courtyards for us and not once has he disappointed! They clean up after each job and are very professional and courteous. I will continue to use George's Concrete and would recommend them to anyone in need of new concrete work!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!. Homeowners BEWARE! I recently had my driveway replaced by George's concrete although the driveway looks nice, they left the site a mess. All of my shrubs and flowers were malled over and my walkway was left a mess with dirt and a pile of tree roots was left in my front yard to dispose of myself. Along the driveway I have mounds of dirt and gravel which I cannot obviously plant new grass on. In addition to that, due to carelessness, the side of my brick home has several areas that were scratched, probably with the bobcat that they were using. George is very difficult to work with and I DO NOT recommend him for your home improvement needs!
