TERRIBLE - NEVER USE AS DROP-OFF LOCATION. NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AS A DROP-OFF UNLESS SOME ONE IS IN WORKING THERE. Returned truck completely full of gas and days later found miscellaneous charges on my credit card. Called up and told that truck not completely full even though had filled it a block away. Also charged for not "folding" blankets adequately. Called up to inquire and spoke to the rudest person I have ever encountered in customer service. Was told Budget did not want customers like me who queried any charges on my credit card. Budget will certainly never get my money again.

TERRIBLE. rude/awful/absolute worst service! I filled the gas tank up 1/2 a mile away and they charged me $65 for gas. Worst company I have ever dealt with. They were extremely unhelpful and rude. DO NOT rent a truck or drop off a truck to this location!!!
