This Restaurant Row nightspot--industrial, dark and moody with exposed duct work and a back-lit bar--features the musical stylings of Latin band the Bandeleros, who perform two nights a week. Meanwhile, inventive small plates, which range from chicken-chorizo croquettes to chocolate cake with smoked bananas and saffron sauce, match the mid-priced, all-Spanish wine list, a fact that lures vino-loving loft dwellers from condos nearby. After dinner drinks, including sweet wines and sherry, lead to lingering.

- The Bandoleros, who are part owners of the restaurant, play live Thursdays and Saturdays. Tango lessons are offered on Mondays; while Wednesdays are flamenco night.

great for dates

the best time to go is on week days.it's not so crowded so you can enjoy the best spanish food ever in chicago.by far the best baella .very good wine list . and the romantic atmosphere

Best Paella!!

Went there for paella because I heard it was the best and wanted to try it for myself. Came and conquered the BEST paella I've ever had in Chicago! The chicken croquettas were amazing for the appetizer, especially with some red sangria on the side. The dessert was a perfect ending to a fantastic dinner! Everyone needs to check out Pasha!
- Pros: best paella in the city!!
- Cons: None as far as I can see! :)

"Girls night out -Our new favorite Spot"!

Leave it to the Bandoleros and their manager to open this first class restaurant! Opening night was great. My friends and I have enjoyed the music of this band for many years and are thrilled to see their hard work has paid off. Congrats on this new venture guys!! The food and the service were excellent. Would highly recommend Pasha for a fun night on the town. Well worth the trip, even from the far north suburbs! Can't wait to return to hear the great music and feel the energy...Thanks!
