I'm a local homeowner/business owner and let me tell you, these guys are the REAL DEAL!!! They installed a check valve and sump pump system in my house after the 2010 flooding in Elmhurst (we got approximately 4 feet of water in our basement). Ron's innovative approach to solving our recurring problem worked 100%!!! It was AMAZING!!! This last rain we got NO WATER whatsoever!!! To deal with a company that actually thinks outside the box was, to say the least, absolutely refreshing!!! His exact words were, and I quote, " You'll never get sewer back up again...". He was right. To Ron and everyone at Private Sewer, I would just like to say Thank You. Thank You for doing what you do and being what I now believe to be the BEST at it!!!

BE CAREFUL!! Very dishonest and now has not paid invoices due for over 5 months for tens of thousands of dollars. Village also issuing citations. Painful to see positive reviews when he is stealing from others.

Thank You to Ron and his men for taking care of a clogged toilet for me, and in record time I might add. It was Monday April 9th and my husband was out of town and one of my kids badly clogged the toilet. My very strong neighbor couldn't unclog it with the plunger. I called Ron, as he was recommended by a guy that has done odd jobs around the house for me for years. Ron couldn't have been more accomodating. He had one of his amazing guys there within two hours of the call. Did an amazing job. I would recommend him in a heart beat. And the best thing is now I have a plummer that I can call on and most importantly- Trust. Thank You so Much!!!!

After years of chronic flooding problems in Elmhurst, we hired and followed the sound advice of The Private Sewer Corporation. I am so happy to say that during the 2013 flood disaster, our home neither filled with sewage nor had a drop of seepage!!

Not only did we have exceptional service at a reasonable price; they implemented a solution that worked perfectly even under the most extreme conditions.

I would like to take this opportunity to say Thank You to Ron and the guys! You did what you promised and more! The care you took to preserve and restore my front yard after replacing my sewer was unbelievable. Even the village inspector was amazed. Now I know why they recommended you. Took my client's money and didn't do the job--lied about completing the work. If you can't find someone else to do the work, make sure they finish before you pay them

Ronny & Private Sewer came to my rescue when my sewer line backed up. They were super nice and very professional. Ronny explained the work they would be completing in detail. I paid way less than what I was expecting based on the scope of work they performed. Ronny followed up with me a few days later to ensure everything was working properly. I Love These Guys!. I cannot believe anybody would have anything bad to say about Ron and his men. I am a single Mother on a fixed income. Back in May, my basement drain was backing up. I called numerous plumbers to no avail. I was recommended to Ron from my neighbor. He rodded my sewer and put a camera into it. It was broke (and so was I)! He said he would periodically rod out my sewer (for no charge) until I could afford to do a repair. In August they had to dig up my yard and fix it once and for all. Ron was willing to let me make payments. He and his men treated me with the utmost respect and never once left me with no service. I will recommend them to everybody!

Contractor That Actually Cares!!!!. I am a homeowner in Villa Park and have been in town for nearly twenty years. When my sewer backed up September 20th, I had no choice but to replace about 15 feet of pipe in the parkway. Ron came out, gave me a quote and did the job the next day. What I thought was going to take a week took half of a day. He even gave me a discount because I was recently laid-off. Bless him and his crew - I will forever be grateful!
