sorta good is a nice way to put it. I setup an appointment at 10:00 in the morning for later on that afternoon and they didn't show up on time! I specifically wanted to have all of this taken care of so I didn't have to wait around for a technician. I called them at 4:30 and they said that the tech was on his way. I mean it wasn't so bad, he was here a little past 5, but at least he was able to re key the doors.…

a review of Chicago Lock and Key in Streamwood. after reading all of these flattering reviews I decided to call them this morning to have someone come out and inspect our front door locked as the house we are staying in has been recently broken into. They would not send someone out to take a look unless we commit to a $35 dollar service charge. I will continue looking for someone else to take care of our locks. too bad.…

Chicago Lock and Key are the best. I'm sure after all this time and many customers later you won't remember me, but I ordered the latch style lock that needed to have one of the wooden blocks replaced from my panel to fit. You were very kind to expedite that order and we now have finished our main entrance security remodel.The experience has been fantastic.
