Great experience. My family was in need of an addition as we had outgrown our house. My wife and I got a couple of different quotes to build the addition and ultimately decided on TimberBuilt. I can honestly say that I am thrilled with our decision. I had heard horror stories from friends in regards to adding onto their home, and I'm so happy that I choose Timberbuilt because the process was actually enjoyable. Just so others know, our sales guy was Mike and our lead carpenter was Dan. Both guys were great and treated us like we were the most important customer they had. Consider yourself lucky if you get them working on your job because our room ended up being fantastic. I will be recommending this company to anyone I know that is looking to add on to their home.…

I love my sunroom!!. I am loving my new sunroom. I use it everyday for dinner with my daughter. Even since it has become cold outside we still are comfortable because we went with the heated sunroom. TimberBuilt rooms did a great job on the construction, it is built better than my house!

Great job guys. We love our new sunroom. I can't say enough good things about TimberBuilt. They delivered exactly what they promised, the sunroom quality is top notch. The concrete crew, room builders, carpenters and electrician were all superior workers. We got to know them all by name as they helped us through the whole construction process. The office staff was very helpful when I called in to find out the schedule. Once again, the quality is outstanding, it is just hard to find a company that actually exceeds expectations. Great Room Addition. I wanted to write a review based on my experience with TimberBuilt Rooms. I had a room addition put on the house because my kids are getting bigger and we needed more space in our house in Hoffman Estates.

After researching many different builders, I decided on TimberBuilt because they were the most impressive outfit that came out to quote of the project. I just felt very comfortable with the whole company from the start. I did visit the showroom first to get an idea of what I wanted, and Pat spent a lot of time answering my questions and helping me through the construction process of the room. After the showroom visit, Pat came out to the house and thouroughly explained how the room addition would flow with the house and how TimberBuilt would build it.

The workers were very polite and accomodating during the construction of the room. They took the time to answer my questions if I had any.

As a whole, the project went very smooth. I would recommend TimberBuilt to anyone who is looking for a room addition or sunroom.…
