Best croissants in the city. They offer the best breakfast combination: Metropolis coffee and almond croissant. Heaven in my mouth. I start every day there and won't stop soon. I'm so happy to have such spot on my way to work.

Logan Square coffeehouse with an '80s flashback look.. Young neighborhood denizens get their morning cup of joe with a side of '80s nostalgia at this Logan Square coffee house. Beyond an electric blue, yellow and hot pink color scheme and graffiti accents, there's even a relic of a big-screen TV that's connected to a working original Nintendo system. Students settle in with books and laptops for extended study sessions on the mismatched, thrift-store couches and easy chairs. For sustenance, there's a small menu of sandwiches--including a bacon, tomato and chive cream cheese breakfast sandwich on a pretzel bun--plus cookies, pies and pastries.
