Great times!. We love this BWW in Chicago Ridge! The Assistant Manager is absolutely all about customer service! I can't think of his name but he is excellent! The servers and bartenders are some of the friendliest we have ever come across in a restaurant. The food is great and the atmosphere is wonderful!…
It's okay.
I usually go to this BWW and the one in Orland Park and I like the servers here better than in Orland Park. In my visits, the servers are peppier and friendlier. On my last visit, I think the
waitress's name was Tara, she was very conversational.
It's usually hard to find parking near the building because it is located in the mall, but at least you'll eventually find a parking spot because it is a mall.
Wait times can get long--I've waited as much as 45 minutes, and it always packed when I go. There are a lot of TVs and projector screens to watch games on. I've never had any issues with cleanliness or the food and drink. I like the wings here but I must admit that I like Wing Stop better. Still, this is a nice place to hang out with your friends and kick back a few drinks.…

Great: Food, service, wait for seating, everything.
We arrived at and discovered over an hour wait. I am a restaurant manager in Denver and would not have even considered coming here because of the crowds....but for being on an hour wait, the restaurant didn't seem that crowded but all the tables were full and everything was very smooth and easy to navigate. The new experience for me is that they asked me for my mobile phone number to call me on when seating was available. I thought that was great! We walked through the local stores and sure enough, about 50 minutes later, my phone rang asking me to return to the host stand. There, we were taken to our table and then server greeted us at our table. All of this was very professional. We ordered drinks while we looked over a very well designed menu. The beer was served within a few minutes and we ordered an appetizer.
I had to know how the restaurant was running so smoothly with an hour quoted wait time so I asked the manager, Tonya, and she said they used a Wait List manager system by Queuent that called customers on their mobile phones when seating was available. So even though we had to wait an hour, we were able to walk around the mall while we waited. And if they are at the other end of the mall, the system lets them delay by 15 minutes. No crowds - great wait experience!
All in all, a great casual night out for my wife and I. Highly recommended for a bite to ear, beer, and sports night. And being able to walk around instead of standing in a crowded restaurant waiting for a table, really made the evening.…
