HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER TREATMENT!!. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will NEVER go back to this place again and will recommend a different day spa to anybody who asks! I received a gift certificate for a specific service that was apparently bought with a coupon and I was never told that if I chose a different service I would have to pay the difference. The difference was calculated using what the purchaser of the certificate paid not for the price of the service it was valid for. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional when there was an inquiry concerning the amount that was requested as payment. Had I merely been informed of the fact that the difference would need to be paid I would have never changed the service and could have avoided $100 charge that I was not expecting! I will NEVER GO BACK AND RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT GO THERE EITHER!!!
