1 of the Top Restaurants in Chicago!. Ok...I know most people won't say that, but I really believe this is one of the best restaurants in Chicago. The place is in Lincoln Park which is nice. The decor is cool. The atmosphere is alive and full of energy. The food is spectacular. They have small plates, medium plates and large plates. The whole organic chicken is the best chicken I have ever had. They also have a crazy dessert called cagney's cookie that comes in a frying pan with ice cream on top of it. Amazing!

Contemporary bistro is a date night classic in Lincoln Park.. This chic, contemporary American bistro, with its cozily understated decor, is destined to be a neighborhood favorite in its quiet, tree-lined corner of Lincoln Park. Couples of all ages settle into the cozy leather booths, below bare, glowing Edison-style bulbs. Decadent sharable plates like the "bacon and eggs"--crispy braised pork belly with butter-basted quail eggs--and tomato soup with a mini grilled cheese sandwich refine familiar, nostalgic delights. Full-sized entrees such as halibut with merguez sausage and romesco sauce keep things comfortable with a twist. Key lime pie and a skillet chocolate chip cookie sundae are worth saving room for.
