Margo is Amazing!. Margo is AMAZING! I have a rental building just south of the loop. I always just think I can rent out the units with a sign in the window and a few ads on craigslist. But then after a month I get a low quality tenant that I end up evicting 6 months later. My last couple of leases Margo helped me with. Top-Notch Residential Apartment Management. When I found out I was moving to Arizona with just a few weeks’ notice, I immediately contacted Triview to help find renters for my condo. Within two weeks, they were able to place renters in my home and the process could not have been easier. Nathan came out and took pictures, as well as handled scheduling the light maintenance/painting necessary prior to the tenants moving in. The agents were great about contacting me as they pulled up for showings so I could dash the dog park with high-maintenance yappy dogs.
