I brought in my Saturn for service and while waiting, visited the showroom floor where I was greeted by Miguel. I told him that I was happy with my Saturn but I did want to get another SUV and Miguel along with Rolando worked with me and we came to terms on a new Equinox.

Words can not express how greatful I am for the help and service that I received at Mike Anderson Cheverolet. I drive past this place every day to and from work and decided that since I had just rolled over 100,000 miles on my current Chevy, it was time to start looking. (While I know that Chevys last much longer than 100,000 miles, I wanted the new car feeling too!) Upon walking in to the showroom on Irving Park I was welcomed by the receptionist and Jesse F. From Sales. He was just amazing. The best thing was that he was honest. Car salesmen have a bad rap for being these pushy, dishonest, people who are just looking for the next sale. Jesse was awesome. Asked me what I was looking for, took me around, and once he ran my info was honest with what I could afford. To make the deal even sweeter, He and Terry were able to pull off a miracle in getting me the credit line that I needed in order to get the vehicle of my choice. Before I knew it, I was driving out of the lot with the new Tahoe that I was hoping for.

Jesse and the whole team were very helpful and genuinely cared about my new car needs. Everyone worked as a team to help me choose the best car possible for the money. Jesse Fakhoury was extremely helpful and respectful. I made a new friend at the dealership in Jessee. Terry was also very welcoming and caring. Jesse did a great job of patiently describing my options I highly recommend this dealership and Jesse.
