Excellent Patience. When I had to find a Eye Dr for my little girl, I was leery. She is very shy and does not take kindly to strangers. I searched the web for a perfect fit. I then found the Website for Park Family Eye Care. The "Family" in their name really stood out and when I visited their website I was so happy to find it was extremely user friendly. I was even able to made the appt on-line which was great as the only time I could search the web was late at night. When I came in for her exam, I spoke to Dr Lena and explained my daughters shyness and how she disliked strangers, even Dr.'s. Dr Lena took the time to talk with my daughter all through the exam, explaining all the test and giving her the time she needed - Dr Lena went out of her way to make my daughter very comfortable and putting her at ease. The toys in the Dr's exam room were very comforting to my daughter and she really opened up to Dr Lena. I am extremely happy that it was such a great experience. Thanks Dr Lena for helping my daughter and making our experience a joyful one. =)
