No Complaints. My first purchase at Marshall Pierce was an IWC over the summer of 2008. Since then I've purchased another watch (Breitling Navitimer) and several gifts for my wife. Always found the staff to be friendly. I was in a rush to make it to dinner one day and someone ran a bracelet I had ordered down to my car so I wouldn't have to park. No complaints.

the worst. after weeks of trying to get necklace out of these guys- apparently they're too busy to bother with a $2,000 cash purchase. i have NEVER has such a hard time trying to spend money. Salesman Ken dragged out my order (knowing it was a baby gift for my wife- very time sensitive!) for nearly a month. actually gave me the "the factory" messed up your oder excuse. the grown-up version of "the dog ate my homework". that's just the tip of the iceberg. at total joke. go to Watson's on the 10th floor. nothing fancy, but they're the real deal! 2 pieces from them- both will be in my family for generations.
