If you want the job done do not use Four Seasons.
During the snow storm, I was trying to find snow removal company. Called number of places and selected Four Seasons as they seemed to be friendly and promiced timely delivery of services.
Called them two times to confirm timing. When the agreed time came nobody was at my door. I waited to 30 min. and gave them a call. They promiced to be at my house soon. Another 30 min. of waiting and no results, I called...... No answer, i tried to call 5 times with no success. The end result - 6 hours of waiting and no services delivered.
