A +. Fantastic service, and the people on the phone sound happy to help out! I can't say that I am happy that I needed a locksmith after losing my keys, but at least I know that the one I chose was an excellent decision. They even were patient enough to deal with me changing my mind when they got here to have them make a car key the next day. What else can I say?

007 Lock1 Services in Mount Prospect ROCKS !. After spending a good amount of my morning looking for a real locksmith company I finally found these guys. Very glad I did. They were simply excellent with our building and even my landlord was excited to see the new locks they installed. If you knew my landlord you would know what a big deal it is to get an actual compliment from him :) Thanks guys.

Great great great service. I never give five stars unless they really deserve it. They deserves it. My negligent management company would not / could not send anyone to repair my lock so I was locked out of my place for 36 hours. Yes !

thank you thank you thank you. I was looking for a professional locksmith to come and fix up the mess I made while trying to change out a lock myself. After two days of messing around with it I finally called Lock1 Services in Mount Prospect and scheduled a next day appointment. The crew that came out to my house were very nice, knew what they were doing and took care of what i tried to do thinking I was a locksmith... their prices are very reasonable and they are super nice to deal with. Thanks.

Lovely Service. They came over fast - were honest about the prices and the type of services they are able to provide - ended up re keying 3 locks for me as well as fixing our back door panic bar - Overall I am very happy with 007 Lock1 Services and will gladly continue to recommend them to my friends and colleagues. My experience with 0 007 Lock1 Services. I have a lot of people come into my home to do things that I should probably do myself but that I have budgeted to outsource because frankly, I just don't like doing them and I sacrifice in other ways (groceries) to make these luxuries possible. However, it does make me feel a shade lazy and somewhat domestically incompetent...I can't help that.

The nice part about locksmiths? They HAVE to make a housecall. I can't very well move my storage unit that has been locked up for 6 months without a key (disappeared) to the shop and have them cut it off, now can I? No! They must come to me. And, I do not need to feel badly about this. A-ha!

Left a message with 0 007 Lock1 Services, received a call back after 10 minutes, had a dude out here within a few days. Two hour time frame, he arrived promptly within it.

So, yes...the gist is I lost an entire set of keys. They were swallowed up by the city of Chicago somewhere, and they are long gone. All of my important keys were replaced EXCEPT my storage padlock, because it only had one, no copies were ever made, and no one owns one. So, I needed to have it sawed off, or whatever that is. Because, really...my winter coats are still hanging on their coat rack, and it's getting ridiculous...its almost time to bring them back out. They need to go in storage. Plus, who knows what other things I've hidden from myself down there! It's like Christmas. Ok, not really. At all. Total for padlock bustin' + 4 locks on 2 doors: $145. Took under an hour and the guy was professional and on-time. Would definitely call again, and they are located right in the area I'd surely stop in to have a few sets of new keys made, or whatever I might need.

Very Good service for a very affordable price. The person I spoke to this time was Adam. In the past I have had Scott and Alex. I never hesitate to call for service from this company. The representative on the phone to set up the schedule was good too... and I am always happy with the service they provide at my locations Thank you all.
