Service One Shorewood...Great service needs to be recognized. My wife and I recently had our Air Conditioning go out on one of the hottest days of the year and knew it was time to buy a new a/c unit. Knowing that 90+ degree days are NOT the best times to buy when you're looking for the best price and service, we took the plunge and were very pleasantly surprised with our deal! We spoke to 5 companies and received quotes for a new A/C unit, Furnace, Humidifier and air cleaners. Service One of Shorewood exceeded expectations from the start. Gordon Raw, the owner, came to our home and spoke to us in terms that we could understand. He took the time to look at our current equipment and together, we came up with a "game plan" and a price that was better than the other four companies...by far. Once you agree on price, then you just keep your fingers crossed that the crew you get is qualified...When the crew showed up and started, we knew that we were in great hands! 3 professional and incredibly competent gentlemen showed up and did the install. They under promised and over delivered as far as my wife and I are concerned. Jimmy, Darrin and Mike completed the installation and tested everything in front of us. They even stayed once they were done and explained the new system slowly and concisely...they were not in a hurry even though they worked hard all day in the heat. This is the first review that I've ever written because it is rare that my expectations are exceeded. Thanks to Gordon, Jimmy, Darrin and Mike!!! We love our COOL new climate:)
