Great service, strongly recommended them if you have some gold, or silver you don't use. Do not bother going anywhere else, these guys are going to take excellent care of you and pay you top dollar for your items.

NOTHING BUT CRIMINALS! I brought in 27 pieces for an Appraisal with some of it being scrap gold and silver I told him he could sell. I had to use the legal system and only got back 7 of the 27 items he has of mine and is currently out there fencing. He told me he was an appraiser and to bring my stuff over for him to review. He said that the appraisals I had were far too low and that the certified appraiser I used listed a ring with 100+ diamonds as having a range of quality. He told me to leave my pieces with him and he would list how many of the 100+ diamonds were VS1, etc so I would get an exact appraisal, he guessed that it would take him ten days to finish the appraisal for me. I wear my jewelry so I was reluctant to leave it all there but he told me that if I needed something to give him 3 days notice and I could get it from him. I did that, I contacted him on the 14th and we arranged to meet for lunch and he would bring me my set for the weekend. I took a day off work to do this, we met at the restaurant and he had none of my pieces, I asked him why he didn't bring it and he said that he thought we were just meeting for lunch as friends. The next day I called him and told him I wanted ALL OF MY JEWELRY BACK, he wanted to know why, told me he hadn't finished the appraisals and became very upset with me. I arranged to meet him the next day at the Willowbrook Store which is an hours drive for me. He wasn't there. He then sent a text and said he was on his way to Chicago but would turn around and come back. I waited until I got another very apologetidc email asking me if we could reschedule for the next day which I agreed to but again out of desperation, he stood me up or the third time and from that point on he refused to take any of my calls, emails or text messages. I was now contacting him 5-10 times a day but learned quickly to use a friends phone number, something he wouldn't recognize and put him on speaker phone so my friends could hear what he was doing to me. I filed a police complaint on the 26th, was told to send registered letters to all three locations and also found out from the police officer THAT THE ^%@% had sold some of my jewelry WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE which piece and for how much? Some friend. My warning to you is Vince is very charismatic but his criminal behaviour includes 1) LYING ABOUT BEING AN APPRAISER 2) DISPLAYING A DECREASED DAILY VALUE FOR THE COST OF GOLD AND SILVER 3) HE MAY SELL WHATEVER HE FEELS LIKE WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE.

I am going to make it my lifes mission to make sure he doesn't EVERDO THIS TO ANYONE ELSE AGAIN.

excellent family owned business. Needed some extra cash , I couldn't get a loan, no money coming in anywhere. I found some broken and unused jewelry in my home and took it to Marks brothers gold buyers in willow brook. They paid me 2,750!!!! In CASH. They got me out of a jam. Thanks guys

Sell here cause I say so. I have to write a review about this place it was the best of all 5 places I went to most of them could not come close to the offer I got from Marks Brothers

I wish I could have just came here 1st , would have saved me lots of time , well now I know , take my advice more CASH people
