Unprofessional and stressful experience!. I found Danie Roberts, the owner of Bridal Sampler, to be among the most difficult to work in my experiences both as a bride and a bridesmaid. Overall, I was shocked and dismayed at how totally unprofessional and challenging she was, especially after I

Kelly, I'm sorry that you feel this way. I really tried to work with you and you never understood the way business worked. When you told me you were trying to get pregnant and refused to order the dress until later, I accomodated that. When you still did not order the dress and all the other girls had their dresses, I accomodated that. You must understand that when you order a dress 2 months prior to a wedding that there will be problems and you will pay extra for shipping charges. Furthermore, when you live in another state, there are extra charges as the item has to come to me first and then out to you. The bride and all the maids had there dresses months ahead of time. All and all, I'm happy the wedding was successful and the other 8 girls got their items on time and in budget; and you ultimately got what you wanted - a beautiful baby and was able to participate in the wedding. I do appreciate your feedback and wish you success.
