Friendly staff that knows what they are doing. The staff and physician at Lombard’s clinic are very friendly and thorough in asking you questions about your health. I felt like they were sincerely concerned about my wellbeing when I came in feeling under the weather and wanting to find out the cause. They did some blood work that only took a short time to bring back results, so the problem could be addressed quickly.

Almost Immediate Assistance. It’s great to have Lombard Immediate Care facility so close to home. It’s so much more convenient than having to go to the emergency room for last-minute medical attention. I brought my son here after he was injured in a sports game, and we were assisted by a nurse almost immediately.

Almost no wait time!. I just moved to the area when my diabetes started acting up. I knew what the problem was, so I didn’t want to spend hours waiting at the ER just to get some medication. So I chose Lombard’s clinic instead. It was only a short wait before I could talk to a doctor, and it was no trouble getting my insurance cleared.

Such Nice People. My dad has diabetes, so he’s no stranger to the doctor’s office. But ever since he started going to the immediate care facility in Lombard, he’s stopped complaining about how inconvenient a routine doctor’s visit can be. He even sings the praises of his physician after he comes home from a visit!

Avoided a Heart Attack with Their Help. I didn’t realize I had any heart troubles. Then, during a routine physical, my doctor at Lombard Immediate Care suggested I have some tests done. It turned out that I was in need of triple bypass surgery. If my doctor hadn’t persuaded me to get thoroughly checked, I could have had a heart attack and lost my chance to repair any damages. I’m so grateful to my doctor for being so aware of my needs!

Helpful to English and non English speakers. I have to say I’ve been nothing but impressed with the Lombard walk-in clinic. I’ve always received great treatment for my basic health needs, but what prompted me to leave a comment was what I witnessed on my last visit. A woman who had trouble speaking English came in as a walk-in patient, and after a brief communication struggle, it turned out that one of the clinic’s staff spoke the woman’s language. I asked later, and discovered it was Hindi. The woman seemed so pleased and put at ease by hearing her language. She must have been so glad to find a doctor she could communicate with in an unfamiliar place.

Great Service. My kids and I have been going to the Lombard immediate care clinic for years now. Whether it’s time for annual check-ups, flu shots, or prescription renewal, I can count on the physician here to see me quickly, but to also do a thorough job. And so easy to get an appointment—one time I just stopped in without one and they still welcomed me.

Best Immediate Care Facility. I have been here recently. Was very thrilled by the service. The doctor is very careful and listensd to all my concerns. I would highly recomend this to all my friends and family. This place rocks!

Western Suburbs Best Immediate Care Facility. I was impressed with the customer service this doctors office has. Also, both the medical staff and non medical staff was great. It was a quick in an out but received thorough attention with all of my concerns answered. they have the most friendliest doctors avialable

Big Fan of this place.
I'm a big fan of urgent care centers in general. There's something convenient about knowing that you can walk in without an appointment, get your drugs and be on your merry way.
The staff was perfectly nice, the space is clean and everyone is professional. After a quick check up, the doctor diagnosed my sinus infection, prescribed my drugs and wished me the best. Great like all the doctors I wish would be!!
