Great Personal Training and Classes!

Theodora is great! I have worked out for years but never had real guidance. She was very understanding and together we were able to correct a lot of the mistakes i was making. In just a few weeks I have already begun seeing great results. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Thanks Dora!

Best Place Ever

I cant believe I found this spot. I love to work out and wanted my little girl to experience my passion. This place is incredible. Teddy is the best trainer I have ever met. She is super sweet and is very knowledgeable of what she teaches.

The location is in a perfect spot. I never have an issue finding a spot to park. Its so close to my home and the traffic is not crazy.

Teddy's fees are very reasonable and that helps in the pocket to continue improving my health and body.

Theordora had a class for kids in April. My godchild, Emily,and I went to the kids class. She had about 8 girls at the studio. All the children had a good time and wanted to come back. Theodora is very knowledgeable and friendly with them. She demonstrated the exercises and the girls followed them. She also involved everyone and made each one feel special. Theodora is changing the world one class at a time. Highly recommended.
