Simply the BEST. The service at this Hotel was simply Fab. From the doorman to the front desk .Every person seem to go out of there way to make sure my stay was positive. I felt like a star. Located just a stones throw away from all the Action,( shopping ,dancing,cool piano bars).I will always cherish my time in chicago ...

Nice way to celebrate your anniversary!. My husband and I celebrated our 7 year wedding anniversary in Chicago. We were very impressed with Ambassador East. From the moment we arrived, someone was there to help us with our bags, and park our car. Check in was quick, and getting to our room was easy. Our room was gorgeous! And the view was amazing! We visited the Pump Room, and enjoyed our time there. Be sure to see Natalie and Eric, they will take great care of you! Steve the concierge made us a reservation at Carmine's, and got us the best seat in the house. Knowing it was our anniversary, he sent us a card and chocolate covered strawberries. Very impressive. We will definitely come back!
