Poor Service. Clean rooms. Nice people. Hidden fees. Wireless is a joke. Have to pay for it 2x in one day if you are there for a full day. Coffee shop closes early. Food takes a long time to get. Expensive. They don't care if you're not happy with their service.

Hidden Fees. Watch out for Hidden Facilities Fees when you check out - even if you do not use the facilities. The advertised price is not your price.

Also, expect them to have trouble finding your reservation.
