HORRIBLE. I purchased a brand new 2012 Chevy Cruze, and after the sales team lied to me and told me that they had to add a $1,000 to the MSRP because I qualified for the 0% interest rate.

I was driving my car last week, and the error message "A/C Off Due to High Engine Temperatures" popped up on the car. After thinking it was just a problem I should address over the weekend, I came to find out the car had no oil in it.

Instead of the manager apologizing for no oil being in the car, he kept insisting he couldn't believe it. All they suggested was for an oil an filter change. An oil and filter change on a car that didn't have more that 1,500 miles.

I would have figured they would have offered to replace the car, because everyone knows the engine is worn extremely without any oil in it. The manager told me as I was walking out, "You caught it just in time." I was so disappointed with my first car buying experience.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I wouldn't suggest anybody to go there.

Buying a car should be a great experience and at Kingdom Chevy it is. From finding the vehicle that is right for you to to closing the deal - every step of the experience is like dealing with a friend. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and they care. Kingdom Chevy gave my sister a great deal on her new car I had to try my luck there. When my wife and I arrived everyone was so nice and friendly. I thought this was just an act but after dealing with them for a bit I came to realize this was no act. I was able to get my wife a brand new car just like my sister at a great price while meeting new and friendly people.

Kingdom Chevy got my son the best deal on a new Sonic. The car is a perfect first car, great gas and has a warranty. He wanted to go and get it on his own and feel like a grown up. It is his first car so I let him. I told him to call me before the deal was over to make sure they didnt take advantage of him. Sure enough they DIDNT. I was very happy to hear that they gave him a really good rate and a great price.

Every time I come to Kingdom Chevy for anything is seems like the staff is on some kind of happy pill. Everyone is so nice and when I get my oil changed the guys are always asking how my day is going. When walking around everybody is making sure to say hi and greet you. They know what going the extra mile is. Great Job!

Kingdom Chevrolet has some if the nicest people working there. I was so nervous going there but when I arrived they seemed to put everything at ease. We walked around and got to look around at all there cars before having to choose one and that was fun. Then we took one for a ride and I really liked it. The paperwork was a bit confusing but they did a very good job explaining it to me and I appreciated it. I love my new car and Kingdom Chevrolet is number 1 in my book.

I had originally taken my vehicle into Kingdom Chevy to be serviced, and decided to have a walk around the lot while I was waiting to browse a little. A pre-owned Camaro SS caught my eye, and I ended up trading my vehicle in for it. The salesman was very helpful and worked very closely with his manager to make sure my monthly payment was similar to what I was already at. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

I came into Kingdom Chevy for an oil change on my new Camaro. It was so easy, painless and a great price. They check all the expected things plus more. If you own a Chevy I would only recommend Kingdom Chevy for your service needs. Great Job!

I have had pickup trucks my whole life. I would say I have driven everything under the sun from Ford, Dodge and Chevy to even foreign trucks like the Titan and Tundra. I know a thing or 2 about trucks and there capabilities. I work in construction so I need a good, strong running truck to get what I need done. I have had the best luck with my Duramax diesel. It will pull anything and get me out of anywhere. I was able to make my most recent purchase at kingdom Chevy. They were able to get me a awesome deal and a great running truck. They were very friendly and have great customer service. Thank You.
