I went inn for a lesson. So at the NORTH location I went in for a lesson..they partnered me up with a guy who was wearing a Brown belt and was very friendly and knowledgable. The black belt was Master Cheun. He was leading the group. He would show a few techniques and then have you try them on the partner.

A great workout. Not only is Hyun's hapkido practical, but it's a great workout, and fun. I cannot say enough good things about this man, and these 2 schools. I would recommend Hyun's Hapkido to anyone, in any capacity.

I have learned self defense. I've been at this school for 4 months. Besides the school being well equipped the skills and knowledge of the masters are top of the line. I have learned self defense and feel confident on defending myself on the streets.
