20+ TVs, Brickstone APA on tap, and burgers as good as the pizza (which is top-notch), and you can't go wrong.
The best unknown pizza joint in Chicago!. This really is one of the most underrated pizza joints in the city. People can talk about all of the namebrand places(Giordano's or Gino's), but their thin crust is my favorite. Thier sauce really is what seperates thiers from everyone elses. I am a regular there, but the staff treats everyone as if they had been going there for years. I live in Cicero now, but I still make the hike for their food and good times. Great menu! I haven't had any bad experience there. You have to check it out. It will be well worth your time.
Better if you eat it there. But still good good pick-up or delivered. Pizza is good delivered but its 5stars if you eat it there. The guys who run it seem pretty nice and service is pretty good also. Also, should be a better place to hang out once the smoking ban takes effect. Not a good place to pick up chicks just a good local hangout to eat pizza and have a few beers
Great Northside Pie!. Michaels is a great place... I have many vague memories of eating at this place, or stumbling home with a pie after a Cubs game... This is definetely the best pizza in the area!
Ok Pizza - TV's Everywhere. My fiance insisted that I try out his favorite pizza place. I think he meant his favorite place to watch sports and eat pizza. The pizza was fine but the draw if you like sports is a tv every other 2 feet. I wouldn't order the pizza for takeout - there are other options - but, can see why a guy would want to hangout here.
Get lots of napkins, burgers are great!. The toppings fall out the sides, get all over your face and hands, the true test of a great burger. Excellent service, sports bar atmosphere. Great service, always remembers what I drink.
A comfortable sports bar and pizza joint draws a relaxed Uptown crowd..
In Short
Pool, video golf and plenty of TVs offer distractions at this casual bar and grill, but most people are here for the pizza--thin-crust with a nice amount of cheese and sauce. The specialty is a taco pizza topped with refried beans, ground beef, salsa, cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives and sour cream. Non-pizza choices include standard sandwiches (burgers, hot dogs, Italian beef), salads, pasta, steak and pork chops.
