I was very satisfied with the cost, location and comfort of our room. The front desk personnel were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I found the room to be well maintained however the elevator was being serviced the 3 days we were there (and rightfully so). It would have been a major inconvenience if we were not only on the 2nd floor.

While the location was convenient to i290 - the current construction into and out of the city via that route was very time consuming due to traffic. All in all a pleasant quiet experience for the price and location.

Courteous staff and the front desk staff was very helpful with directions to our destinations in Chicago. Room was very comfortable and peaceful, location worked well for my team of disabled athletes

I don't have any complaints about the hotel. The shuttle took us straight to the train station and said they would pick us up whenever we got done. When we did call to be picked up around one in the morning, both shuttles were out and we had to take a cab.

Hello the service that I received while staying there was great. The hotel was clean and also the rooms were great. I will most defiantly come back to stay once I plan a trip back to Chicago. The guest service was also polite.

Been to this hotel several times for business in the downtown and surrounding areas. Always has great service all around. Very consistant. Not only do I use this hotel for the value but it is close to both airports.

Considering we were always out in the city everyday and only came back to sleep it was worth the price and it was conveniently located right off the highway making drive times to the city a no brainer. The room was well kept but at the same time you get what you pay for. Overall very comfortable.

Very easy check-in, rooms are clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bar was sparsely populated, but I enjoyed the $3.50 Shocktop draft! Free airport shuttle runs on the hour. I only chose this because my daughter had already booked a room for herself here. Admittedly, I was a little hesitant, as I haven't stayed at a Best Western recently, but it was great. The breakfast buffet is $9.95 and was just what I needed after two days at the Ryder Cup. I would stay here again.

Three of us recently stayed at this hotel for two weeks while we attended some classes nearby. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean, and the lounge had great food. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed here to visit friends in Oak Park. It was close to the freeway, had some decent restaurants nearby, and was easy access to downtown Chicago and to the airport. The room was clean, with very comfortable beds. We were four in the room so the bathroom was a little small, but the room had a fridge and a microwave. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I made my original reservation for just 2 people with a king bed, then had to change it when my daughter and her friend decided to join us. It was no problem at all.

We stayed at this hotel because it was cheaper than staying in downtown Chicago. It is right off the freeway -- and about 15-20 minutes from downtown. We hardly ever saw the staff...but it is evident they are very active!!!! The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. We had no problems at all. We didn't eat here but did peak into their restaurant....it was very clean and what I would expect in a full service Hilton or Marriott!!!
