AMAZING!!!. GREAT FOOD! SERVICE! Good for families! Love their cozy little dining area and their deelish wine! ;)
Good food, bad customer service. This pizza place has very poor customer service. My husband and I usually order a panzerotti and mushrooms which comes to $12.50 and we use our coupon for free soda on an order over $12.00. Sunday we had a friend over and he ordered with us. He purchased the Sunday special of veil and also an order of meatballs. His order doubled our cost to over $24.00. When we tried to use our coupon for our usual free soda, we were told we can' t use a coupon with a special. We tried to explain we were paying double our usual order and that we always use the coupon but the restaurant would not listen. I tried to contact them on facebook and my message as ignored and deleted. We find Roberto's in Elmhurst has better food and their panzerotti is $1 cheaper and they always let us use their coupons! After eight plus years of patronage, I will not be going back to Dominick's!
Pizza Pasta Italian food. Best italian food i've had by far . Especially for carry out and delivery. So many options from healthy to the old fashioned sauce mom used to make when you were a kid . Everybody is always nice and personable, from the desserts to the specialties , or just the pizza you love. Everything is homemade , i recommend Dominick's to anyone that loves italian cooking at it's best . what are you waiting for try it now !
Best Pizza Hands Down. I have lived in Villa Park all my life, out of the dozens of pizza places that have come and gone, I find myself always coming back to Dominick's. The food is always good, and they are always accomodating to my family's special requests, we have alot of picky eaters! When even the youngest family member asks for Dominick's Pizza, you know its good. I personally like trying the specialty pizzas they have added to the menu like BBQ Chicken and the Papa's Special. I am a big wing guy and no one has them as good as they are here! They are meaty and blow Buffalo wild wings and hooters out of the water. We take advantage of the pizza specials all the time, they are definitely easy on the wallet. Every employee knows us by name and treats us like we are family. Couldn't ask for a better place to be a fixture in our community!! We love you guys. And on occasion that there is an issue, we have always been taken care of. I don't know what happened to the one review- but I can truly say RUN, DON'T WALK TO DOMINICK'S PIZZA!
pizza party. being new to the area i've tried a lot of pizza places in town. because a lot of them are closed on monday. i had gone over to the next town and was pleasantly surprised when i came across Dominicks Pizza. they have a special on pizza that was kind to the pocket book and not to mention the quality of the pizza was amazing. worth the drive, i found my new pizza place
They are not loyal to regular customers!.
My family and I are now EX-Dominick’s Pizza customers. We had been ordering from them regularly for about three years. We have always loved the pizza and have never had any problems until today. We have even catered two most likely three big parties and were planning on having them cater my nephew’s birthday party again next week. After the horrible experience we just had we will never order from them again!
This Christmas weekend, we ordered one extra large pizza and one medium pizza for us and our extended family visiting from Columbia, MO. The extra large pizza was completely smashed and totally inedible. My sister called and told the woman on the other end of the phone what happened, and she said we will send a new pizza out right away. We received the new pizza at 8:15 and I called back to ask for a $10.00 discount off of the next order. She put the manager on and he said, let me look up your ordering history.
This is where I knew this wasn’t going to end well. He informed me the last three orders were for one extra large pizza. I asked him if he thought it was fair, knowing our ordering history, that we want $10 off our next order. I proceeded to tell him that we have relatives in from out of town and small children waiting up to eat dinner and 8:15 is too late. Needless to say, he refused my request of a $10.00 discount on the grounds of there usual policy IS to discount $10.00, but since we returned the damaged pizza, untouched, for a new one, it no longer applied.
Seriously?! I told him that we will be ordering from Lou Malnatis from now on. The Dominick’s Pizza manager decided that we were expendable customers, and made it clear that he didn’t care if we took our business else ware. My family and I will now make it a point of no longer raving about how great Dominick's Pizza is. Instead, anytime someone mentions ordering pizza, we tell the story of the year our Christmas weekend was ruined by ill-mannered staff and management that clearly don't give a crap about there regular customers. I have never complained over the phone or publicly about any restaurant, and I am sorry to say that Dominick’s is the first.
