AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!. I was really excited to try this place out because of the reviews on yelp and seamless. So I ordered some pizza, ravioli, some sodas and a calzone from seamless for me and friends as a treat to watch the Blackhawks playoff game. The only good thing about the night was that the Blackhawks won....

I ordered my food. then 5 minutes later they called saying they had no root beer and offered me something else, which is fine, didn't mind that. That was the last I heard...delivery time was 60-75 minutes. so we waited, and waited...and waited. 90 minutes later we're getting impatient. game's close to the halfway point. so I make a phone call to the restaurant..."oh he should be there really soon..." and hung up....

more waiting.....2.5 hours after I ordered the food arrives. the guy showed up and he apologized....i just wanted my food...

then he pulls out 1 soda....and said "this is all they gave me" and it was a root beer (wait...i thought they didn't have root beer??)....also frustrating because I ordered a couple sodas.

I'm already irritated because of it being so late and not having soda....THEN...I opened the pizza. cold. ugh! my friend opened her calzone....COLD. the only thing warm was the ravioli.

so disappointed. I talked to seamless customer service who talked to the restaurant and they only offered me a 20% refund. which didn't even cover half the pizza...apparently the restaurant was refusing to refund my order. which is a load of CRAP...that's just awful customer service (hence why I'm writing about my experience everywhere I can...)

so disgusted...horrible customer service. seamless is trying to make up for it with a 25% off coupon...but that's still not making up for this. I'm reluctant to order from anywhere else...i wish i could give no stars.

beware. sounds like some people had better luck...i, unfortunately did not. Which, I understand some times this stuff happens...but how GOOD businesses respond is with a REFUND....not some 20% ridiculousness. I paid 15 for the pizza...and I got a 6 dollar refund. not even HALF of the pizza. my bill went from 34 to 28...and i can't take back my tip either.

Also---if you're running late, pick up the phone and let me know!

Pft, waste of $30.
