Nothing about PV feels like a generic hotel resto. Everything is seasonal--and much of it comes from just across the street at Green City Market. A great special occasion spot. Wonderful cocktails.
One of my favorite spots for brunch. Dinner menu changes weekly as a seasonal, local farm-focused eatery. Sometimes I'll come impromptu and sit at the bar for a customized, unique cocktail and a few bites of Paul Virant's delights of the day.
