Great food, horrible management. My experience at this location was just awful. First, my guest (employee at DG location) and I walked in and were greeted not by a hostess but by a very rude manager. He told us to go sit in the bar and the bar tender would serve us, although she was very busy and frantically making drinks for other guests. Secondly, I am 9 months pregnant and we were sat in a very small booth, so not only was I uncomfortable being sat in a tiny booth, I was also in a bar. This seemed very inappropriate to me. I kindly asked the hostess when she made it to our table if we could be sat in a more private area, with either chairs or one of the larger booths, and this was not a problem at all she said, as they were not very busy. Our server was absolutely fantastic, very nice and explained everything very well, even though my guest was an employee and was aware of how everything goes. What I did not like at this point was again the rudeness and maturity of the manager. He did not ONCE stop at our table to ask us how we were enjoying our meal and he even stooped so low as to come into our section and glare at us and give mean looks as if we were children. I will never again dine at this location, if I do decide to go back, I will be making the trip out to Schaumburg, Il location where I have received incredible service from each and every staff member.

So in reality, the person running the show, the manager, ruined my experience, even though I was a paying customer. The last night I decide to go out and treat myself before my babies arrival was just awful.
