Have only a few bucks and looking for a bargain? Target's $1 section has random items you can definitely spend a few bucks on! Also for Hello Kitty Fans they have a HK area in the Cosmetics section!

Target - Villa Park, Illinois. This store is typical for Target stores. The electronics department was to busy talking among themselves to give potential customers the help they might have needed. However, when I went to the music department their wasn't anyone there…
