DO NOT ALLOW IN YOUR HOME!!! If I could do a negative number I would!I received a Val Pak coupon in the mail and thought I would give them a try. I'm a life long Stanley steamer customer but I thought what the heck. At $4.95 a room how can you go wrong, right? Boy was I wrong!

I called to make an appointment and I received a quote at less then $100 for 2 rooms. When they came they wrote it up to over $260! Thank goodness they do this before the work. I would have really flipped to be given the bill afterward. I was so mad he called his boss to see what "deal" they could get me, this brought it down to $225. Still angry he started wheeling and dealing with me. Asked what my budget was and he would work around that! I flat out told him this was a scam! Furious after 15 min I asked them to leave. The "Boss" continued to call me back 2 times harassing me. He told ME I was unreasonable, that I didn't understand that it was a quote. Trying to get me to have them back, and spoke to me like a child. Buyer beware, They don't move furniture, take advantage that you have spent all this time preparing, blindside you with cost, then hope you'll just give in and have them continue. Based on there business practices I can only image what a crappy job they would have done. DON"T USE!!!

Great Work! Great Price!. Thanks ProCare for coming out yesterday. The technician was on time and friendly. I used a coupon for 5 rooms at $49.95 and my air ducts for $9.95 per vent. There was a travel fee of $15, but that makes sense. Overall, they are the lowest price I found out there and the quality work is there. My friends recommended Procare to me!

Professional and Fast Carpet Cleaning. Procare carpet & air duct cleaning did an awesome job. I am very impressed with all the hard work the guys have put into their job and the red stains that they got out. I have kids and they make a mess.
