pasture raised pork, chicken and beef. Homemade sausages and daily sandwiches also awesome. Sign up for a pig butchering class- not to be missed. Thanks Rob and Allison!

I love having this place in the 'hood.
The crew is nice (and accommodating) as can be, and the selection is always changing. Great sandwiches too.

Chicago's best, most sustainable,
butcher shop. Don't be surprised if the shop is sold out of a particular cut - they sell whole animals, so they don't have 500 tenderloins sitting in the case. Get creative and ask the butchers for help.
