White Glove Relocation

Unreliable Movers!!!!!!. I hired this moving company to move me from romeoville to chicago on 4-2 between 8am and 10am. That morning at 7:55 I get a call from tracy telling me they made a mistake and that they could not move me untill the next day. No "I'm sorry". No nothing. It was like screw you,too bad!!!! So the next day, they show up, and the truck is 3/4 of the way filled. I ask the driver if he's gonna be able to fit everything and he tells me he could. Well guess what? It does'nt all fit!!!! So I tell him I was promised a 26ft truck and he gets upset and calls this guy Lee Williams who set it all up (this guy lies and tells you anything you want to hear and then screens his calls so he does'nt have to deal with anyone). So after the driver hangs up, he threatens me by saying he's not moving me and he's taking all my stuff off the truck. I tell him go ahead. So they start taking everything off the truck and puting it back in my garage. I couldn't help but laugh at these bozo's. They spend two hours loading my stuff (washer,dryer fridge,sofa) on there truck and they spend another hour unloading it in 80 degree weather. While there unloading my stuff, I hire another mover for the next day and they won't have to carry anything up or down the stairs because White glove did it for them. I then try to call Lee Williams and Tracy to get back my deposit but they screen there calls and hav'nt called me back. So beware and don't make the same mistake I did. I may not see my hundred bucks again but at least i got a good laugh!!!!…
