Tony Hu's Hunan outpost may be small,
but the portions are huge and pack lots of flavor. I love the thousand year eggs served atop greens and broth.

Tony Hu is the master of Chinese fare
in Chicago. The whole fish and the beef short ribs are killer. So wallet-friendly too!
