We just bought a new 2013 Ford Focus (our 6th vehicle from this dealership). The car buying experience was so easy! We dealt with Craig and Jeremy. Craig located the exact model with the options we wanted and had it delivered to the dealership the next day. Jeremy was awesome! He has first-hand knowledge of the new Focus (since he owns one). He took his time us, went through all the paperwork and then before we left, did a complete overview on the car and showed us all the new touch screens and options. Would definitely recommend Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln - make sure you ask for Jeremy!

Recently purchased a Ford f-150 at. Recently purchased a Ford f-150 at this dealership, and my experience was nothing but pleasant, starting with Craig researching and finding me the exact vehicle I wanted and continuing to the delivery of my truck. I want to thank Jeremy, Bob, and Jeff for making the transaction a smooth one ! My wife and I purchased a couple of additional accessories, and they were installed on time and as promised.

I would reccomend this dealership, as I have purchased several cars in the past and this was probably the easiest and non pressure experience I have had.

Ask for Jeremy or Jeff!! Professional and helpful!!. I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Focus Titanium. I was working with salesman Jeremy Bloom and also had help from Finance manager Jeff Gose. They were outstanding. They helped me find the color, the features, everything. I was very picky and they were able to find me the PERFECT car. It has every single feature I wanted.... and it was in the Titanium version which drives like a dream!!! They were calling other dealerships and finally found my car.. even when I changed my mind on some features and color. I couldn't be happier! I have the perfect car!! I would HIGHLY recommend both of those gentleman for buying a car! Thanks!!
