Dave and Chris were thorough in assessing and cleaning our fireplace. Their setup was kept contained and neat as they worked as a team. They provided additional info on the use and maintenance of the fireplace.We will certainly keep them in mind when additional needs arise.

I just purchased a house and the chimney is one of my priorities. After asking around, a Co-worker raved about the company. I was not let down. Matt Bruhn was who helped me out. He went out of his way to explain how everything worked. He was able to get both my chimneys up and running within a resonable time. He seemed almost upset that he could not get the gas starter in the perfect position. This was not his fault though, the previous owner had it installed a little too high. Matt tired his best and made multiple trips to the truck to see what he could come up with. The price also seemed to be resonable. I was at his mercy when it came to that, but I wrote my check without questioning a thing. Thanks! I forgot to mention, I asked for the to call when they were 5 minutes out. It was about EXACTLY 5 minutes.

Very knowledgable. Jim Duda came to my home to do a camera inspection and clean my chimney in my recently purchased home. In the process he found a few other things which needed to be taken care of with the chimney (of course because the house and chimney is old and my home inspector did notice one major item) but he listed them in order of necessity and what approximate time frame I should get them taken care of. He was very knowledgeable and was excellent at explaining what work was needed and why. I have used their services in the past and plan on using them in the future.
