Spring might be around the corner, but no matter how balmy it gets I will be much obliged to dig into Bill Kim's heaping bowl of umami-laden udon noodles.

Brunch is a delicious affair, with duck bun benedicts, nori waffles, and the now-famous soft serve with a side of jam-topped doughnuts.

Start with the Long Goodnight cocktail. There's so much amazingness on the food menu, but the fried tofu seafood hot pot, and soft serve dessert are all musts!

Reserve a smokeless grill-top table to cook your own Korean BBQ beef, garlicky short ribs and banana leaf salmon without the Benihana smell. Goes great with a side of chinese buns, spicy kimchi and bok choy for min "sandwich" making.
