I have being taking my car to the Kenosha car spa for over a year. I have never experienced anything but good service. I was there again today, and again have no complaints. I have taken my car to Jiffy Lube, etc. and they always try to get me to buy something extra. The guy who I believe manages the "mechanics" (for lack of a better word) is always fair, polite and honest. He has actually told me I didn't need certain services that other places said I needed, which saved me from wasting money. THAT is why I continue to go there. As far as the guy with the dirty left side of his car; I understand your complaint, but adding that the guy said something in Spanish is just ignorant. I'm sure it's his first language, and he was not bad mouthing you or trying to be offensive. He's trying to make a living just ike the rest of us. Take a breath and relax. Spend your energy on something productive.

It's April 5th and I just got home from having my car washed at the Car Spa and was very angry with not only the wash I got but the way they took care of my complaint at the time I was there. The entire left side of my car was filthy and the wheels were virtually untouched by the washing process. I was outside waiting for my car and I saw that it was filthy and told the worker that was wiping the water off. He went and got a supervisor, I assumed, and when he came out I said to him that it looked like the equipment didn't even get to this side of the car. He responded with, "It's very dirty on the road." I told him to look at the other side and tell me why it got the right side of the car, including the wheels, cleaned beautifully. He said something in spanish to the worker wiping the car down. The worker took the rags they use to wipe the water off and made a very poor attempt at wiping the side of my car off and then did even a poorer job wiping the wheels off. The worker got up and motioned to me that the car was done. I decided to go home and write an email to the company about this poor customer service. This site was all I was able to find. Do not take your car there for a wash if you care about it at all. I will never go back.
Pros: It was on my way home.
Cons: Terrible wash, even worse remedy when I complained about it.
