UNIDENTIFIED CRITTERS. I stayed at this Hotel 5/3/2009 and it was a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. I was eaten up by "BED B**S". I went to the management for help and was rudely refused. I asked for my money back for my stay there and was refused!!!

I asked for a copy of the incident report that the HOUSE KEEPER made when she came to my room and collected several "UNIDENTIFIED CRITTERS" off my bed and pillow and I was refused a copy!!!!

Asked for the General Manager number or email,was refused!!!

I had to call the police of Arlington Heights-Chicago Health Dept. and their TV Station to get any HELP.

Later after driving 5 hours back to cincinnati,scratching and itching and in tears. I called and reported this incident to the CHICAGO HEALTH DEPT. that later determined that the "UNIDENTIFIED B**S" were BED B**S.!!!!!!!…

Don't waste your money. Absolutely terrible. The staff is unfriendly, there were constant waits for elevators no matter what time of day, the waterpark is mediocre at best. The hot tub was constantly filled with unsupervised children. The in-room movie rental service did not work because "too many guests were using it". They do not limit the number of guests per room and if you happen to get stuck next to a room full of screaming children, they do absolutely nothing to control it when you complain. This place is a giant waste of time and money!…
