Rooms are equipped with large work desks, ergonomic chairs and two telephones; in-room high-speed Internet access is available for a fee. Unreliable in all ways

Booked this hotel for a banquet over six months before event -- hotel decided to close for renovation during the time of our banquet and NEVER notified me. VERY UNRELIABLE.

Worth a look if in the area

The building as seen in photographs is clearly older construction. Don't let this deter you! Rooms were comfortable and nicely appointed. The staff was very pleasant. The next time I'm in the Arlington Heights area, I will definitely consider staying here again, especially if I can get the same great weekend rate I just enjoyed.
