Straight out of It's a Wonderful Life. Nice people, great candy selection (although, I wish the Heidi's were loose like they have been for most of the past 40 years), competent pharmacists. Please spend your dollars here so they stay around forever!

Pros: Wonderful place!

Cons: Wish it was open a little bit more, but I can work around the hours...it's worth it!

I'm very impressed with the staff of pharmacists here. Two years ago I was referred to ask (any) pharmacist as a last attempt to regulate 7 days of menstrual cramps every month - and that while I'm established in menopause. My gyne said my only recourse was a hysterectomy. Keefer's, being close to work, was my first stop. It turns out Pharamcist Black is an expert on women's 'plumbing'. He interviewed me & my problems in private, told me his diagnosis and explained everything using brightly colored charts then said he's worked with my gynecologist before and she's very receptive to his suggestions. He suggested a certain male horomone & I've been absolutely painfree ever since. No scapel needed! Don't be fooled by the small, hometown nature of the drugstore. There's gold inside. One thing off-putting is the frequent friendly conversations between the check-out clerks and the customers. It makes for slow moving to your turn especially during lunch hour. They seem oblivious to anyone's need for speed. Still I can't believe I'm without pain with such a simple remedy.

Pros: close street parking, strong pharmacist knowledge

Cons: light on incidental store products; clerks too conversational
