I just got my haircut here and it was amazing! Tony was a perfectionist and really took the time to transform my hair from a poofy mess in a ponytail to a sleek, sophisticated look that is manageable and looks awesome! That and the price was really reasonable compared to other salons in Chicago. I definitely recommend this place! :)

This place is a quaint little salon in Dearborn station. Not pretentious like many Chicago salons. My appt ran long but I didnt mind because the guy who cut my hair was amazing. He was a perfectionist and I walked out with fantastic hair. They listen to what you want and work with you. The nail service was great too!

fabulous - i gave my hairdresser a little freedom and my hair has never looked better! i hadn't been to get a haircut in forever, and the hairdresser spent a LOT of time cleaning it up and then blowing it out. ps - if you go, ask for the albanian guy, he's adorable and a perfectionist :D

Pros: cute hairdresser

Cons: tucked away in dearborn station - didn't know it was there!

The massage I had from a therapist name Agnes ,was one of the best massages I ever had.Her deep tissue massage loosened up the muscles in my shoulders and neck. The body scrub that she gave me was amazing now i feel like a new woman with new shouldes, neck and 5 pounds lighter with new skin after body scrub.I would highly recommended Agnes

Maggie is the best brazillian waxer in Chicago. I have been to many of the "quote" best waxers in Chicago and none compare to the experience that I had with maggie at European Touch. She is super fast, virtually painless, precise (no stray hairs), completely entertaining and professional.

Pros: painless, fast, professional

The receptionist is confused! She doesn't know how to schedule appointments without making mistakes. After a appointment has been schedule she later call, which happened five times so far, to say that the person is not available and she need to change the appointment. Or she will tell you that the person you want is not available but when you walk in, the person you wanted is available and didn't have anyone schedule during the time you wanted. She need to be more organized and focused.

I just experienced European Touch for my first time. It was a wonderful experience. I had a facial with Maggie (Magdalena) and she was amazing! She was very detailed when she looked at my skin and she gave a destressing face/neck/shoulder/hand/arm massage. My skin looked radiant and I was glowing! I heard nothing but compliments the rest of the week. I love the product selection as well. The staff was attentive and kind. I would love to visit again!

Pros: great facials, detail oriented

Cons: parking

I have had my eye brows waxed here several times and the results are fabulous. When I've had manicures and pedicures, they have paid attention to my cuticles, the soles of my feet and I have never had a problem with the polish not lasting for ages. It's not a plush, posh spa, but they do a fantastic, professional job. And the prices are far more than competitive for the level of service you receive. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Pros: Price, Quality of Service

The atmosphere is not that of a posh spa. However, the service was good. The nail technician I had did a good job, she could brush up on her polishing skills. Overall, she did a great job on my cuticles and paid attention to details. I will definitely go back...If I can find parking.

Pros: inexpensive

Cons: parking

I've been professionally waxed for years and found this place. O.k. So, it doesn't have a 5-star atmosphere. I get my eyebrows and lip waxed done. They don't have you go to private rooms but reclining leather chairs. But, hey. They do a good job and they're very affordable. Ask for Lata for waxing. If you're looking for good prices and good service, I'd recommend this place. Beware of other pricey salons: my experience is that fancy atmospheres and higher prices don't necessarily mean better service.

Pros: Affordable, Good service, Walk-ins

Cons: Atmosphere
