Horrible Customer Service!!!!!. I am an event coordinator. I took a client there and Suzanne was extremely rude. My client really wanted to give her a piece of her mind but I talked her out of it. I believe we happened to run into the owner which did not reveal who she was to us. This woman was beyond nice. She did Suzanne's job probably better than Suzanne would have. Suzanne walked past us as if we were not there. She never paid attention to us until the woman (that was dressed like the kitchen staff) told her we needed pricing.

After we went into the office Suzanne still did not show any professionalism. A person came in and interrupted us and Suzanne and this customer carried on a conversation while we were sitting there. There was never an excuse me, or I'll be with you when I am finished with them, or anything.

She did not know what the afternoon pricing for a Sunday on the plated dinners were and made a call. She then began to speak in her language for 20 minutes, on what I assumed was about the pricing, before we received some half answer.

Although very beautiful if the customer service is poor you do not get my vote. In a world where technology is booming, customer service is everything. If I could give less than one star I would.…

Very beautiful. My best friend had her reception here a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing. It was so beautiful and clean on the inside. Everyone was impressed with this place, and it was just stunning. Service was excellent as well... They could have staffed 1 more bartender for the size of the wedding, but the 1 that they did have held himself together for the BIG tab that we racked up. Very wonderful time! Thanks! :)…
