Great Customer Service

I had my widows tinted at Majestic on December 2007 and they did a great job. However one of my windows started peeling after two months. I lost my receipt and I didn't kow if they were going to honor the warranty. When I got there the phone girl said not to worry about it that she would look up my recept in the computer. She found my receipt and she schedule me an appointment for the next day. What a refreshing experience since I'm always loosing my receipts.

Best Price and Service

Some one broke the glass on my car and I started calling around to check prices. I made about 6 calls and only two shops had the glass in stock. I choose Majestic Auto Glass because they had the best price and also because the phone person sounded very friendly. The service was great, they replace my window in 45 minutes. They also did a great job cleaning the broken glass out of the whole interior of my vehicle. I will defenetely use them again in the future.

FAST, CLEAN, AND PROFESSIONAL JOB

I have a brand new vehicle and I wanted to get my windows tinted. There are lots of choices in the phone book so I started asking around and here is my experience. I went to Majestic Auto Glass on February 28, 2008 to get my widows tinted. I choose this shop because a couple of my friends had their windows tinted at this place and they highly recommended it. The first thing that impressed me was that their shop was very clean and organized. The waiting area is extra clean and the chairs are super extra confortable. It took them 1 hour and 30 minutes to tint my vehicle, and they did a wonderful job. This shop met my expectations and I will be recommending it to other people.

AVOID period!!!!!

i went to this shop to get all my windows tinted,, overpaid, and i am unhappy with the work done..!!!!!

they do offer a life time warranty on the window tint, but the work they do is just horrible, i had to go back and complain, they had an excuse for every mistake they made, and were not willing to fix it........

they just simply said that they cant do anything else,,,,, the scratched my side mirrors installing the front window tint, but of course, they are not responsible for any damage THEY do to your car!!!!!!! i advise you to do your research before doing any window/tint work, i didnt..

• Pros: one window (out of 7) came out nice
• Cons: everything, from customer service, to their labor
